Gateio

The person who ran the gate.io exchange vote on Reddit was just a random guy who happened to be a user on the gate.io subreddit. So winning the vote didn't mean we were going to be listed on the exchange for sure.
On the other hand, it made a great showing to gate.io of the strength of our community. There is little doubt that we are on their radar to be added to the exchange once the market rebounds and they are looking for new coins and tokens to add.
Check out the vote for yourself and you'll see what I mean:

You'll also note that three of the tokens have been added to gate.io even though Bonfire won. This is simply money-based I believe, as each of those tokens had to pay the listing fee and jump through hoops to be listed. Should Bonfire have paid the listing fee? I believe that is up for discussion, but the team is 100% focused on delivering solid products to build out the ecosystem they are working on. I believe they are putting their focus where it really needs to be because once the platforms are built and everyone is clamoring for Bonfire, getting listed on any and all exchanges will begin to happen quickly and naturally and it will be easier to cover the cost of the listing fees.
